AHA is a Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The SDVOSB program provides procuring agencies the authority to set acquisitions aside for exclusive competition among service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns, as well as the authority to make sole source awards to service-disabled veteran-owned small business concerns.
Combined Arms Products for Distributed Learning (CAPdL)
The CAPdL contract is the U.S. Army’s Training and Doctrine Command’s (TRADOC) program designed to produce a strategic, coherent, and integrated education and training system to ensure soldiers and units are trained to meet Army needs. This includes the analysis, management, development, and distribution of training products; configuration and customization of courseware authoring systems; development and redesign of software applications and Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) courseware; and strategic planning, directing, and conducting the design of education/training products.

Training Data Products Contract (TDPC)
The TDPC supports the training system requirements for all four of the Naval Air Systems Command’s Aviation Training Systems Program Office directorates – Aviation, Surface, Undersea, and Cross-Warfare/International. This includes the production, delivery, and sustainment of products and services in one or more of three areas: analysis, design, and evaluation; development, production, and implementation; and sustainment. Specific product development includes self-paced training, group-paced training, dual purpose training, blended training, learner assessments, and performance support systems.
